It’s comfort food. Nothing less than comfort food. Over the years it has gotten quite pricy, but it’s still one of the better ones. The extra Foo Chuk and meatballs are a must. Few doors away there’s beef noodles and of course the boba tea shop next door will also satisfy your sweet tooth. Just come for plain simple chilli pan Mee. It’s drawing closer to the ‘not value for $’ but not yet… :)

Thers a lot of arguements bout which one is the pioneer who created chilli pan mee... in 2022, probably doesnt matter anymore. As long as it taste good. Some are better, some are ok. My personal preference is kinkin is better than super kitchen, or the rest of the chilli pan mee. I like this branch more cuz its operated by auntie uncles n locals. Even the main brand at Jalan TAR, food is prepared by non locals. Hence i usually visit this brand instead. Environment is clean, airconditioned. Parking might be a bit hassle during busy times, as the shop lots around the area consist of few eateries n restaurants. The usual chilli pan mee. Maintained similar standards for years. Price hike thru out the years. Went frm 2 shotlots n downsize to 1 shoplot after the MCO.

Nice place to chill and it is indeed one of the better chili pan mee around! We ordered three bowls and finished it down to the gravy. However, for the price, you'll get the best bang for your buck if you go to Madam Chiam in Taman Connaught instead. For the same price, you'll get about 30% more noodles. I think for the price of $9 per bowl, you can give a little more noodles. Even for my wife, she wasn't full ? But if you're reading this review, definitely give them a try! Oh yeah, chili is unlimited ??

Slightly disappointed with the meal. The noodle is slightly overcooked and become too soft. The chilli is too salty for me. Maybe the main shop will be better.

the noodles itself is quite bland, it tastes much better with the addition of chilli.. so would not recommend anyone that don't take spicy food.. More pricey than usual shops..

Have been eating their chilli pan mee since I was young at the first branch (chow kit). I think it has been over 15 years. The taste never change and still the best among chilli pan mee shop! However, the price went up a lot! One bowl for RM 9.50 but it worth it! Strongly recommended!

I have been informed (somewhat reliably) that this place was the original creator of the chilli pan mee. Whilst I cannot verify this for certain, I must say that their chilli is indeed heavenly. I have had numerous chilli pan mee and somehow, I find the ? was just slightly off. However, the chilli here was spot on, from the texture to the level of spiciness. The pan mee was also well made. I opted for the traditional one and it was not too thick and chewy. The soup was good as well although I wished it could be warmer. The rest of the side dishes was equally good especially the deep fried "sui kao". The fishball was springy and fresh. One must always dive into the chilli when you dine here and I really enjoyed that. In fact, I tucked in so fast, I did not get any photos of the delicious chilli. ?
