โ โ โ โ โ Customer service is terrible. Never picked up phone and not replying message but need appointment to visit? How does it work then?
However, the Dr is professional. Please improve the appointment service as I really want to maintain to visit this clinic for my pet.

โ โ โ โ โ To many people.. Call b4 come but no one picks up.. After come their said need to wait after 15 customer.... Their ask u to wait in the car.. Hw come ur pet can wait for 1 hour n half?? If their know their clinic hv many customers then their should arrange appointments!!

โ โ โ โ โ My cat has died last night? however i would thank this clinic for treating my cat well. She did improve alot since last week. Last night she finally ate by herself however this morning she died? im sad but im glad she can eat by herself lastnight after meds from this clinic n great vet that gave me great consultation how to care for her. Thank you for making her better before she passed away.

โ โ โ โ โ Need to avoid the lunch hour, better to arrive earlier or afer lunch time. If arrived at 11:30am+- you might stuck in between veterinary lunch break.
Anyway the veterinary consult is good and friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ Very fast service. Only during covid time it is not possible to go in with your pets and just pass it to the nurses at the door. My cat was so scared and did not let the Vet to be near her. So the vet just made a brief assesment from what she can see. Anyway apointment is needed in advance. Wait in the car or nearby place as the vet will call you.
