Not the most hygienic place to have your meal but the condiments, garlic with vinegar and garlic chilli paste is worth mentioning. They are mildly flavoured for the faint hearts and children who cannot take extreme kicks on their tastebuds. They are just suitable to pair with the loh mees and wantans. However, I feel this place deserves an extra star for the asam laksa which is quite underrated. Asam laksa here really mimics the one I had in Penang. However the Wantan soup is subpar as the meat is too little with thick wantan skins. Most of the food here is generously garnished with shallots and vegetables which is a good thing. Overall the small eatery here offers budget friendly options with medium sized portions. For their drinks, quite expensive though. Here we can buy the dry packs mee for souvenirs and gifts, they are quite average priced with lots of choices.

Very good noodles especially the dry one (kampua) and lor mee. The delicious authentic Foochow people way of noodles satisfying the taste bud with no after meal thirstiness. Very easy to find location and affordable price. Parking could be challenging as it is near a morning market. Service are fast and very polite helpers taking order and serving within 15 minutes of order.

Best Lor Mee I have ever had! The gravy is so much more tastier than any of the ones I eat in Singapore. Loved the bamboo shoot and black fungus inside as well. The laksa was another must eat here. Nicely spicy, sour and sweet. The noodle used was very unique... I dont see this type of chewy thick white noodle elsewhere? As the store is located right under two big trees, it was breezy and cooling even having the hot noodles and drinks.

Was here for their local Lam Mee. Their served with bamboo shoots and cabbage too. Something urban people might not likes it how the soup taste like. Do some shopping on extra spicy chilies sauces and Mee Sua.

Small stall serving wantan mee, rice noddle and ABC ice kacang. Good refreshment with small price when youbare around that area. Can be your daily eating spot. Enviroment not as good as the restaurant but food is tasty. Can be hot during day time.

Ordered the following: Loh lak - tasted funny. Order it if you are someone who's adventurous in food exploration. Tan Yen - the noodle is starchy and chewy. Something can only be found in Sitiawan. Tasted mediocre but different. Kam Pua - top notch. Noodle is chewy and tasted absolutely good.
