Drinks are inconsistent, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Coffeeshop staff are rude so if you want good customer service, avoid.

β β β β β Family trip to Kuantan. Father wanted some hot breakfast food that was not related to Indian cuisine in any way due to having fish head curry yesterday. Looked up Google and found this place that was not serving curry mee but some wan tan noodles. Ordered 4 bowls of the noodles. 1/4 was overcooked, varying thickness of pork slices and missing veggies. Inconsistent but still hot food satisfied. Didn't try their roti bakar though.
As for drinks, father ordered Nescafe, tastes like coffee.

β β β β β Loved the char siu wantan noodle. So springy. Hainanese coffee is a must have. Toast with kaya and butter are perfect with coffee.

Little English spoken but I was still able to get by...
Bread was so super soft and kaya very old-school!
Noodles and other dishes sold next door we're pretty ok. The wontons were amazingly juicy with perfectly textured wonton skins.
If you're looking for a local experience this comes pretty close I think :)

β β β β β A old style coffee shop that serves bread toast, half boiled egg and beverages. We visited around 3pm. The coffee is rich and fragrant. Milk tea is just normal. Toast paired perfectly with kaya and butter combination. Kaya is fragrant and you will wish for more. Operated by few Chinese and they are polite. Will definitely come again.
