★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googled Dim Sum near 2nd link and it comes up this Gem! Less than 10 mins drive after crossing Malaysia custom. Place looks new and frequented by many locals. Service top notch with lots of young servers moving around with Dim Sum and checking with you if your order is in order! Love the Maigai, pork ribs, and porridge the most! So coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at a quiet time and had a fantastic meal. The crispy beancurd skin dumpling was exceptional as was the char siew bao. We went back a couple of days later to try it again but the place was packed. Will definitely revisit but probably at off peak times again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, spacious & clean. Quite ‘ cosy ambience. First customer at 8am, slightly disappointed their pau was not served piping hot, and the Lo Mai Gai rice was not fully cooked and came with a piece of chicken breast bone. Kopi C was nice.

3rd attempt at trying to sit in. Succeeded.
Place: the inside of the restaurant is stuffy and warm. The outside is cooling and airy. Non-air conditioned.
Service: it was fast and efficient at 7.45am as not too many people are there.
Food:
1. Siew mai: standard stuff. Verdict: ok la. So so.
2. Fried red bean dim sum: I liked this 1 as the red bean paste was smooth and not too sweet. Verdict: I don't mind eating this again. But if I had to wait, I won't wait for this.
