★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to place for dimsum, not the best, but definitely better than dimsum franchises. Prices are reasonable, not too cheap nor expensive. Suggest to come earlier than 9am, as it gets crowded and hard to find parking after that. Suggest to try the porridge or cheong fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rustic and opened space dimsum place, it gets chilling in the early morning and can get extremely hot in the mid day.
People here speedrun all the time and believe it there’s a quick drive through as well and the staff can probably understands ur Cantonese. If hygiene is one of your top priority you might want to reconsider coming here.
I find myself coming back here for their CCF and their limited choice dimsum varieties and looking down at their tray you will see a flat color palette unlike other places where all you see is rainbow.
Some dimsum fillings have coriander in it, just how the old ways of preparing the dimsum. Whether you’re the sauce dipper or the OG taste, this place will give you a good time and worth.
