★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hai evening, I’m alan ,I have visit your shop in suria klcc,kindly please have a look back into SOP in managing oder and food cost,where I’m buying a can drink which cost rm3, but when I asked for cup of ice it’s cost rm0.50,(but if customer buy soft drink in a cup of ice it’s cost rm3) “when I asking your staff about this matter shocked your staff says I’m just working here I don’t know...”, further when I check the receipt the charge written “chilli sauce” Means your company doesn’t have any SOP ON THIS?can you please reply me on this matter ASAP
