β β β β β Fix your issue with delivery riders. it is not about sidaikan rider. But your staff behavior is unacceptable.
Kalau rakan penghantar bertanya baikΒ² soalan tentang no order dah siap ke belum, jawab je la! Ni siap buat muka pastu xlayan. Tanya elokΒ², jawab elokΒ². Xde sape pun nak marah atau melenting dekat korang sebab semua rider faham korang banyak order kena siapkan. Ni order dah siap, bukan nak bagitahu. Lagi pulak pi sorokkan order tu di meja dalam. Pelanggan akan marah pada rider sebab lewat hantar, bukan korang yg kena marah. So layan rider elokΒ², bukan anggap rider mcm kuli.
Fix your issue with delivery riders. it is not about sidaikan rider. But your staff behavior is unacceptable.

Xde sape also want to get angry or bounce near you because all riders understand you have a lot of orders to prepare. This order is ready, I don't want to tell you. Again, hide the order on the table inside. Customers will be angry at the rider for late delivery, not you who should be angry. So the rider service is good Β², don't consider the rider as a laborer.
