β β β β β If I could, I would give zero stars. Staff not working. Banking system chaotic. A piece of form can't send to head quarters to process. Waste my few days and my parents few days of time jus go to to the bank to deal with the stupid system n ppl. For ppl reading this, bank here at ur own risk

β β β β β I do update my detail(phone no changed) on last monday 6/7/2020 but until today still failed to receive OTP through my phone.Call RHB center mention after 24 hrs only they will update to latest information.Now already 4 days over.Too slow

β β β β β Been here 2 times already but still unable to renew my debit card. Queue was toooooo long and they don't even divide the service into groups. Other banks have different lines for debit card renewal but never this bank. Other rhb branches are wayyyy better than u!
