★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here, waited in line like everybody else. Security guy came and asked, 'got appointment?', I answered no, and explained that I couldn't find any information at all on where I could make an appointment for a new customer (calls not answered, internet would only bring me to download the app which I cannot use yet, as I havent had an account with them yet). Gladly, he understood and helped me regardless. So kudos to the security guy.
The guy at the counter was wearing double mask, so it was quite hard to understand his speech, his supervisor came and helped me. She insisted on calling the HR number on my company's referral letter before I could proceed with opening an account with them. She tried calling the number but to no avail, because everyone is working from home. I explained this to her. I called my manager, and he gave me the private number of the HR staff responsible, which also happens to be a business account, so there should be no problem at confirming the identity of the HR person.
HOWEVER, this woman still insisted that she could not make the phone call as she needed to follow the SOP by calling only the number printed on the referral letter. Mind you, it's a referral letter that is handed out to hundreds of new staffs every month, so it cannot be edited as pleased. She suggested that I go home, asked my manager for a new letter, with a new number of the HR typed. NOT A GOOD PROBLEM SOLVER THERE.
I gave up, went to RHB Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh instead, and there wasnt any problem of this sort at all.

Strongly recommended to go Bandar Baru Sg Buloh branch. They helped to solve my issue within 30 minutes.
