I made an appointment at through their website but when I reached there they said the pic is on leave and there is no other staff who could help. Why open the appointment slots if got no staff to handle the matter? Thanks to this now I need to wait for 10 days to make another appointment via their online portal.

The person managing the queue is very rude and inefficient. The person managing the counter is VERY RUDE and UNFRIENDLY as well.

it hard for senior citizen, cause too much anoyyed for PIC, cannot prepare the chair for queue up while the less make an appointment.. poor service,please make more service very politely for the staff to customer and especially senior citizen.

Worst maybank services ever! I called so many times and they passed my call to many other lines with at the end no one pickup the call. Just want to ask my cheque book has arrive at the bank or not! If my company address is not in sungai buloh 200% definitely i dont ever want to do business in maybank sungai buloh.

Worst branch ever, not elderly friendly at all. I understand that COVID-19 changed your processes to book a queue online. But you must also have a lane for the elderly. It’s just common sense, don’t tell me your elders know how to book a slot online prior to going there. Use you brains when you think of processes. You need to understand customer’s perspective. β€œProgress so far ahead leaving behind the elderly that build this country β€œ This should be your slogan. For your online queuing system, I took my parent and my money to another bank.

from my experience bank staff always trying to serve the best for all customers. still need for appointment to get counter service n here almost everytime receive quite big amount customer from around here. got many atm machine that enough to serve on normal time.

It is uncertain whether the implementation of the appointment was a new procedure and was approved by the authorities. It is very sad to use the Covid excuse as an issue. Please be professional in providing services & do not give ridiculous excuses. Sorry to say that this is the worst bank I have ever visited & it is not user-friendly

To be fair, the staffs inside are pretty patient and friendly. The service is good and the whole procedure taken is consider fast and efficient. Just one thing book appointment online is not senior friendly at all. Understand that it’s good to control crowd inside bank, but most of the elderly don’t really know how to do so. Suggest to have a more senior friendly way for them to book slot to enter the bank.
