Failed bank system. What is the point of RHB appointment system when I had to still wait when my appointment time is due. Come to the bank we just sit until being called. Customer service is zero. Open up additional counters for opening bank account!!!! Took me two hours to open a bank account!!!! And when registering the account take ages. Fill tewo sets of the same forms for debit card and onlone banking!!!! Not sure its the stupud system or staff made mistake..both i guess! I will try to transfer my loan to another bank. My impression of RHB is very bad. God knows why I agree to taking this bank

Cellular coverage in the banking hall is poor to nonexistent. Customer service could be friendlier.

Kudos to the friendly and helpful team! Great service. I was not able to download the app and make an appointment but was assisted swiftly. The whole process was exceptionally smooth. Keep it up!

Super bad experience with the RHB KLCC. When I enter, the guard say need to download the app and get the appointment. Then , when I download the app already , the person in charge say they will help the customer opening the account on 11 am . I don’t understand!!!!! I reach 10am , you got so many counter open , but don’t have anyone want to provide the services to me . I really disappointed with the RHB service . Super bad experience with RHB. I saw so many bad comment in google review , but no improvement at all . Very very bad experience with RHB service!!!

rhb call centre for customer service very bad. I call almost 1 hour. no one pick up. keep engaged. Well done for the most great service. keep on this way. congrats!

Don't go to this branch. They don't provide wifi coverage, but required me to email my other banks details to them so I can make a bank to bank transfer. Ridiculous procedure...other banks only need ic or passport. I refused to email my bank details to a third party. For a simple inter bank transfer it was so difficult. I decided to closed my account.

1) People had to queue up for an hour outside of the bank just to get into the bank to get a number. 2) After getting the number, still had to wait for another hour inside the branch for our turn. Total waiting time almost 2 hours. 3) There are 6 counters altogether but I don’t know why is it so slow? They can’t even attend to the limited amount of customers in the bank. 3) They’re supposed to display the number on the screen so that we can both see and hear it’s our turn. But they didn’t. They just use their normal voice to shout out the number and it’s soft and unclear, people might miss it. Overall, terrible system and it’s extremely slow. If you don’t use a proper numbering system, how would visiting visitors know roughly how long more will it be till their turn? Banks around the world are Digitalizing and increasing efficiency for customers. But RHB is getting slower than ever. Very disappointing.
