Last Friday on Jan 3rd.2020. l left my hp-iPhone at the fitting room. I thought for sure it was gone never to be seen again and was very sad, but the next day on Saturday morning l received a call from the manager and returned my iPhone.
Zara is my favorite clothes brand. The staffs are nice and welcome to provide nice services to customers.
Again, thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased pair of shoes a few days ago from klcc store. The show was dusty perhaps after mco. But that doesnt explain why it's dusty, your staffs should dust items on display. Sheer negligence and laziness and portraying your store in a bad light. Already getting bad revs for rude arrogant staffs. To my shock that cashier actually didn't even dust it before packing it at the payment counter. I didnt want to make a fuss. Just paid and left. But upon returning home and dusting it, I noticed scratches underneath that dust. Buck up la. You only had one job. We coming to your stores to give business post mco this is how you provide services?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is nice and girls and guys working at the fitting rooms are also accommodating, however, cashiers know no customer service. I waited in line to buy clothing and a pair of shoes. When i got to the counter I asked if i can get a new pair as the one i was holding was a bit dirty at soles side. I was told to wait for 20 min. I walked around, waited for 20 min. Came back. The cashiers wanted me to queue again, while there were almost 10 people in line. I think in this case they could have made me go without waiting. I could not wait any longer, unhappy about the customer service I left without buying the shoes. Message to the manager: there is gotta be some kind of policy for these kind of situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is just beside Body Works shop n near to Nandos area...very big store ..with latest shirts n shorts...shoes..belts ..bags..n perfume for men....very nice store n decor too..but the staff is so snobish n arrogant...the management need to train these people with manners n pleasr improve your service...omg.????????now got the latest spring summer collection
