Worst customer service! They wont entertain you if you have any queries regarding your account etc but they will taichi you and then keep promoting other products. Please consider to deal your business with other branches at least, folks!

Very poor the service.! I apply credidit card, I keep waiting for one week but no calls no feedback... Im the one who ask first hows my cc status... then that time they tell me rejected!... I ask why because the person incharge told me I dont have ccris record. BEFORE I apply they tell me all the requirements they want, then suddenly they tell like that,. in the first place they didnt tell me if you dont have ccris record you cannot apply. I direct call, then I discover that my name is not on the system! SO means to say he cannot process my papers and then he told me only like that! Maybe he THINGKING that Im a foreigner, SO I DONT KNOW EVERYTHING! CLAP CLAP THE SERVICE VERY GOOD HUH!!! Waisting my time .... How BAD

Their Cash Deposit Machines kept on rejecting RM50 notes. Can’t understand why is that so. It can’t be due to counterfeit notes and if it does oh!oh! I’ve been deceived by the money changer. It’s very frustrating every each time I kept on changing the notes and it kept on rejecting it. At last I gave up. No point to get angry and frustrated over a machine. It’s much better if I get it done online. No physical money involved. And much more easier.

The security guard told me sorry, qms cant used. Then what is the note that stick on the wall. As a education people in this world, everyone clearly know, what the meaning of note. A note is passing a important message, instead of passing a wrong message. The note is clearly wrote strongly recommended rhb bank customer scan the QR code to use qms, so what's the meaning of can't used. I asked the one of your banker, he told me, we still need for the queue. Yes, I didn't said that I don't want to go for my queue, and the banker told me, I have to go inside of the building and scan the qms. Hello, I have to go inside of the building. What the hell? I already go inside of the building, should I still scan the qms. I just go to the machine and take the number, then it was the same. Then why I just go inside and scan the qms. You guys have to be clear why you promote qms, whats the reason for you that you suggest your customer to use. And above matter, I don't see that the right reason that you strongly ask your customer to use qms. Wasting your customer time and give your customer to disappointed. No matter how great of the package that you try to sell your customer, they won't support rhb bank, coz it is a night mare that you give to your customer. Such an idiot in this bank. Learn more to your competitors, like public bank, maybank, alliance bank. They don't have qms, but their customer is willing to wait and queue with a nice and patience, because they used their brain and stand at customer side.

Very bad customers' service. Very very very........bad. esp the counter staff. Not helpful but full of funny regulations only found in this bank.

I have a queue number which I took earlier coz my son in the car, so I went to car and wait till my number nearing but the lady guard shouted at me with others around and says you can't take the number only queue go inside then take again. WTH... I have to bring my son down and queue under the heat and wait. How inconsiderate and silly!!!! I have comorbidities. Try yourself to stand outside more than 20mins and see....

Waiting facilities not OKU friendly, the orange seat is too low for elderly with walking disabilities and hard to get up from sitting positions.
