★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by my Indian neighbour, they said this dentist is very skilful and they didnt feel any painful at all. Dr Lee explained very detail on my condition. Btw, I just finished my last session of root canal treatment. MY TOOTH REVIVED! Charging is relatively cheaper compared to others. Well Satisfied!

My problem had been solved in one session. Very impressive to me.
Price is resonable.
He emphasized a lot on client education to prevent my problem re-occur.

5 ? if Doctor can be more child-friendly and explains his procedure before the checkup. It will be less intimidating that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a problem with the root canal that was done several years ago by a different dentist and this is the 4th dentist I seek treatment and I finally found a dentist that gives a solution to the excruciating pain.
To all other dental clinics, when one is seeking a treatment when having toothache, do understand they are under a lot of pain and you should emulate the customer service rendered by Dr Li's staff when receiving patient. It's all about soft skill and training. And of course, in your terminology, it is bedside manners. And Dr Li's staff are very well trained.
Dr Li although his explanation during the treatment can be rather dull, but he answers to all your questions. He takes time to explain and does not rush you out which I experienced with other dentists nearby.
And the costs for the treatment is acceptable as I need not to pay through the nose for the treatment, in fact, Dr Li repeatedly gives discount to the treatment I received!
Thank you Dr Li and your staff for the fantastic service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to see Dr Li at 8pm for a lose orthodontic bracket done by a different clinic and he assisted in temporary rectification although the clinic was technically closed. Very nice man and great service. Now I may try his other services as well as he is not our regular dentist.
