★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya call branch RHB tanjung tokong bukan sebab saja2 tau.. saya call sebab saya nak tanya pasal kad debit yang lama dah tak aktif and mcm mana nak dapatkan balik duit yang ada dlm kad debit tu saja.. kalau katakan takyah datang branch or urusan tu tak boleh nak buat , senang sikit tak payah dah nak berurusan kat branch.. Taklah menyusahkan hampa sangat sbb nak kena layan benda2 simple ni sbb aku pun tau hampa busy and ada lagi urusan penting dari urusan aku yang hampa kena settle.. sebab tu aku call sebab nak tanya.. ni call tak angkat2.. kalau aku call hari jumaat maybe hampa balik awal.. yala esok dah sabtu mestilah nak cuti puas2 kan.. Nak hilangkan stress hampa yg dok hadap mcm2 jenis manusia.. aku pun faham.. Ni hari isnin kot.. dari sebelum pukul 1pm sampai lepas pukul 1pm tak angkat2.. pukul 1pm biasanya mmg time break.. ni lepas pukul 1pm pun tak angkat and nak dekat pukul 3pm pun still tak angkat.. lebih baik takyah letak no telefon.. aku nak faham hampa , hampa pula jenis takmau nak faham sama.. payahlah lagutu.. org lain pun kerja kena angkat call if customer call tapi layanlah juga even busy.. ni sampai tak angkat aihh!
 I call the RHB branch of Tanjung Tokong not just because you know .. I call because I want to ask about the old debit card that is no longer active and how to get back the money in the debit card only .. if you say do not come to the branch or business I can't do it, I'm a little happy, I don't need to deal with the branch .. It doesn't bother me very much so I have to deal with these simple things so I also know I'm busy and there are other important matters from my business that I have to settle .. that's why call because I want to ask .. this call is not picked up2 .. if I call on Friday maybe empty back early .. yes tomorrow is Saturday I must want a satisfied holiday right .. I want to get rid of the empty stress that is facing mcm2 types of people .. I also understand. This Monday kot .. from before 1pm until after 1pm do not lift 2 .. at 1pm usually mmg time break .. this after 1pm also do not lift and want to close at 3pm still do not lift .. better not place no phone .. I want to understand the empty, empty type t akmau nak faham sama .. payahlah lagutu .. org lain pun kerja kena angkat call if customer call tapi layanlah juga even busy .. ni sampai tak angkat aihh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally useless an rhb branch. I visited it several times with different questions, but office staff could not answer my questions, misled me. Finally, I consider the branch as an rhb atm. Avoid this office.
UPD. Even worse. I visited the office by request to update my personal data in August. I filled the form in and provided to the officer. My account was locked at the end of November because the data were not updated. It could hapen when I was outside of Malaysia. Thank you to a lady in the rhb office on Jalan Burma for resolving the problem.
