★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly 30 minutes to pay. At the front desk the keyboard was broken. Took four times of entering my pin for the card reader to finally work. Then their 50 year old printer jammed. Stay away from this place unless you have too much time in your day and want to waste it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review based my personal experience for Suria Jerai at Tanjong Tokong, Due to my bro in law's recommendation, I bought several items from this outlet, TV, sound bar, cooker hood and washing machine. The price, especially the TV is very very affordable and much cheaper than the big electrical shops such as H.Norm@n and SQ etc. I was very surprised by the price. I have even recommended this shop to my friends, if they are looking for electrical items such as TV. One of the Sales Executive, Danial, have served for all of my purchase and I would like to recommend this company for everyone to purchase their electrical items. Danial and also his colleagues and of course the manager, are very friendly as well as following up with me regarding my purchase. Seriously, Suria Jerai is highly recommended for price conscious consumer especially orang Penang hahaha.. great job to all of you and I will definitely buy from you guys again :)
