★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do review the RHB tmn midah Bank counter service. There are more than 10minutes to service each clients. Client need to wait 2 hours to wait for their turn but there are only few clients in waiting list.
Feel like had no branch manager at RHB taman midah

Someone helped me to take queue number because not sure why cannot open your QMS App. Then, went to counter for withdrawal & banker cheque & your staff handed me a form to fill & told me that I need to take queue number again. What SOP is this ? My visit to your branch on 18/3/2021, 12.00 noon plus, my queue number is 3005 & I am typing & posting this at your branch. ? BTW, thank you to other kakak staff who took up my matter & settled it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank I have ever use. I called 8 times no one answer. And I everytime also select call back at the very end. No one ever call back. And never my email also. Totally rubbish bank. Will close all account with rhb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed with the service even Manager, I have go to my RHB bank Main branch in Damansara Utama due to my card was nearest expired but I’m unavailable to renew my card due to my original passport not in my hand currently. My original passport I have submitted in the immigration for my visa purposes, even though I show them all my documents from immigration and my old papers like visa and all original documents that bank give me on first time. I have called to the customer service regarding my card renewal they said you can go your main branch and ask them they can accept your request, that’s why I came here from far way also no point. My card was much important for me but it’s was really bad experience since they can’t help me. I have many transactions every months even I explain to them how important for me this card but they still keep saying all my documents is not enough still need original passport!!!!!
Hello RHB !! This is not for Opening account it’s just renewed Card only.
kindly please try to understand that it’s my legal card and we are not cheated you just want to get your service and continue with your company. Why you still need original passport even if I give you my passport you will not gonna keep my passport right! You just photocopy my passport so why can’t accept if I give you photocopy!!!! I have submitted all my documents A-Z but still not enough for you why!!!! You should have a option for that. I don’t think so I want to continue with you.
