VERY VERY VERY LOUSY SERVICES, NUMBER DIAL IS NOT IN SERVICE, THEN WHY PUT THE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE??? CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO CALL FOR 6TIMES, NO BODY ANSWER, WAIT FOR AVERANGE 6MINUTES PER CALL, REALLY WASTED OF TIMES!!!! LOUSIEST BANK SERVICES

Received a call informing me from RHB Bank and asking me to verify my details. When I told her that I won't be verifying my details, she was pretty rude and told me to contact RHB if I didn't believe her. So I did.. However, after 5 calls, nobody answered even though it mentioned 2 min, 3 min, etc... Gave me an option to request customer service to return call or email. Opted for return call. Until now, nobody from RHB called me back.

Email- Shame Call - Shame Bank with the Worst Customer Service Customer service manager not fit for business… This is not government department, Bank which we entrusted our monies in. Trying to reach a human for a month Waiting time goes from 5mins- drags 10-15 mins End of the day no one answers, For a consecutive 40 days days, Emailed they reply 2 weeks laters that they will look into , being another 2 weeks Nothing, Finally through the voice recorder left a message for call back And one guy called and promise heaven and Earth and Ribena Alarmingly disappointing After 2 weeks again nothing happen Today manage to get someone to talk And seems the guy who I spoke earlier end up No actions… And today she promise me same story what that guy promise earlier. Point here Already towards Endemic Whats the excuse here To answer a bloody phone call ? So difficult to get someone online under the Credit card department

This RHB at USJ Taipan is a JOKE. I will give a 0-Star Rating to it If Google Reviews allow me to do so. It run by people are Incompetent, Unprofessional and Just collect pay cheque at the end of the month. They did NOT Create Any Value to their Client at all. I dropped by RHB Branch at USJ Taipan on Feb 18 Afternoon to Update My Personal Phone. So that I could login into the RHB Web Site and received my Temporary Pin No on my New Personal Phone No for my New ATM Debit Card Activation. At the RHB USJ Taipan Branch, I had filled up all the required documentation and the counter customer service reception had collected & verified all the required info (e.g., NRIC/ New Phone No and Phone Bill & etc.) from my end. They asked me to wait at their reception area for RHB customer support people to call me for verification. I had Waited there till almost 4pm (bank closing time) still no one call me so they informed me no need to wait, since everything is done and completed. After reached home, I tried to activate the Card again still NOT successful. I called RHB Support line on Feb 21, for verification and they informed me the Phone No still NOT yet updated. The RHB Help Line agent helped me to raise a Ticket #3619749x, so that the RHB USJ Branch could resolve it ASAP. Till Today Feb 22, the New Phone NO still NOT yet updated… I Called RHB Support Line again and they had help me to raise another new Ticket again # 3620254x…… From this incident development, it is crystal clear this RHB Bank Branch at USJ Taipan is run by a bunch of Incompetent & Unprofessional People. I doubt the Handicapped Management Team at USJ Taipan Branch even have an β€œOverview” on their Branch Operation What are the Customer Issue Still β€œOpened” and need to Follow up, β€œWork in Progress” or β€œClosed” … Needless to say, they just run the operation like Pasar Malam Business.

I have called customer services since Jan 2022 but till now very hard to get them. My email also just responding as CS will call but that also till now not call. I when to check at RHB bank they ask me to contact CS...seriously i don't know this bank are doing business or just publish their name. Don't know to respond to customer but never paid they will rush and chase us...really disappointed.
