โ โ โ โ โ That was bad banking service for service line . First I was requested for the change bankcard . But the staff inform that card finish of stock. That was very funny answers. Second that bank manager inform housewife are not allowed to open new account . The reason she not working and don't have income. Last after waiting . Bank staff inform that mycard chip unable to read. Please inprove the service.

โ โ โ โ โ Super slow service.. waited quite long even have appointments just for 2 queue number... reach my turn only give form to me for fill up and need get another number then wait again... NEVER COME AGAIN!!

Slowest bank account opening ever.
Unfriendly & impolite staff
Has waited 1 person for more than 1 hour, and subsequently the bank staff allowed other people to jump queue and ask me wait for another turn.
The best part is after long queue of hours the staff said IC not able to read so not able to proceed, and ask me come back another time... they not accept via photostat of original IC.
