Bad service, all macam tak ada tenaga nak layan customer. May be because taking out funds so they make it difficulty for you.
Economy not good. If RHB wanted to cut down manpower this branch is the right choice! Will not ever come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Couldn't understand the point of implementing QMS but guard couldn't even allow you inside when you show him the screen that your number being called. In fact, customer is not well guided upon arriving. Staff asked to cancel existing number & retake number after filling in needed form. Ok, fine post MCO. But I could say that service is very bad compared to other banks which mails my replacement card to my home upon request.
