โ โ โ โ โ So unfair this branch. Today is only the first day for changing money notes for CNY, and as I heard from my friend this branch can easily change money notes so I came early . But when I queue for long since morning, as this branch few staff work so slowly, some even chatting and not press for customer fast .... been few times here and experience same, if not for this, also don't want to come. so no more next time for doing transaction here...and then when come to my turn, I was told that no new notes left for changed especially RM10 & RM 20 no more. The most angry part is my friend tell me he had always getting at this branch for past few years and not in small amount, and that he can reserve for almost any notes for changed and be kept for the amount he wanted (SPECIAL customer maybe - just don't want to bother him as my amount to change quite big also). Just because I am not that SPECIAL customer? that I need to be treated otherwise??? Then I went to other bank and can change all my wanted money notes easily. That other bank staff told me I can call bank Negara to complain this issue. I am considering.
