★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place looks nice and classy.. as a delivery person, guards make it hard and very rude with dispatch or delivery person from my experience, there is a way to tell people but not to disrespect them by being rude. Guards should learn from the king palace guards or other Condominium guards, learn to give respect and treat them with kindness,even if its a person with no rank or title.
Dispatch/delivery guy are frontliners for online shopping. Learn to support them by making it easy and fast to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management, too much bureaucracy when it comes to moving out and in. If there are 2 tenants or more that are planning to move out on one day, only one will get to move out. The rest have to reschedule your moving date because the management is too lazy to figure out alternatives.
