★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine place to live with well designed pool, lawn, gym, tree house, BBQ area and bio-stream system. but there are not too many choices for dining and shopping at residence surrounded, and road condition to go in and out is bad as DUKE3 viaduct is under construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment, good security. Has swimming pools, surau, and function halls for those who live here. There are allocated parking lots for visitors. The apartment complex located in wangsamaju whereas at the moment traffic little bit jam in busy hours. Once the tolls operated, the traffic should be normal
