Harga servis yang affordable. Waktu operasi yang panjang walaupun dalam tempoh PKPB. Layanan staf melalui WhatsApp dan FB Messenger yang baik. Layanan staf kepada pelanggan pun sangat baik. Kudos kepada staf spa Cik Ilya. Parking space banyak terdapat di hadapan spa. Lokasi spa juga bersesuaian, bersebelahan dengan kedai-kedai.
Cons:
Spa boleh ditambah baik dengan bau-bauan aroma terapi.
Kad kredit juga sepatutnya sentiasa berfungsi bagi membolehkan pelanggan membuat bayaran setelah mendapatkan servis. Apa akan jadi kalau pelanggan tiada cash di tangan atau cash di dlm bank SELEPAS mendapatkan servis? Selain itu, bayaran menggunakan kad kredit juga sepatutnya tidak ada nilai minimum RM150 seperti yang ditetapkan oleh spa dan tidak boleh dikenakan caj kepada pelanggan yang menggunakan kad kredit.
Kesimpulan:
Saya suka dengan spa ini dan akan dtg lagi.
Pros:
Affordable service price. Long operating hours even during the PKPB period. Good staff service via WhatsApp and FB Messenger. Staff service to customers is also very good. Kudos to Ms. Ilya's spa staff. Parking spaces are available in front of the spa. The spa location is also convenient, next to shops.
Cons:
The spa can be enhanced with aromatherapy scents.
Credit cards should also always work to enable customers to make payments after getting service. What will happen if the customer does not have cash on hand or cash in the bank AFTER getting the service? In addition, credit card payments should also not have a minimum value of RM150 as set by the spa and should not be charged to customers who use credit cards.
Conclusion:
I love this spa and will be back soon.
