RightStart Children Enrichment Centre (BABIES)

Own experience sharing. we registered bcos WAS TOLD by others experiences that is good. but it was last time. what we had faced last year is different. also realized been having some opinion by few mamas group which sent their child to here. Some scenarios:- 1. This center teacher are mostly Indonesian and Malay care taker. you need to clarify if they have the Early childhood qualification for children and toddlers or just have experiences in taking care child daily activities. No Chinese is in use until you are in 4 yrs old branch. 2. Owner of the centre is very conscious bout monetary. when you interview you will be impressed by how good talks and how they care about children. but when you sent over your child starts there you will understand more clearly. Few times my kids came back with fingers, palm of legs, groin area not clean. 3. If you plan to exit, please take note of notice and deposit if it will be refund or will direct contra for a month, even you have paid fees. if you pay half year material fees, kindly take note no proportion and no refund. 4. If 1 kid in a class is +ve, centre will close for a week for all classes. so is this mean, if every week got different kid in different class is positive, centre will be closed for whole month rotating. will there be fees return or deduct? please take note no zoom class during closure as is so called school holiday. 5. When you plan and informed for exit, our experience is the owner will not ask you reason why, or concern what happen to you kids, but will tell you that, SO YOU CONFIRM EXIT YA, BCOS YOUR KIDS SPOT WILL BE OPEN FOR OTHERS, SO CANT COME BACK D YA. well done. bcos they are so well known for long waiting list. 6. My kids personally dont like to go as the seems very scare to go and everyday said im sad at school. i dont wanna go school. God knows what happen when we ask they cant express what happen. Sharing all this is not bcos wanna ruin any reputation but just own experience. all parents should do a survey more detail before sending your child to any centre. And its just base on few parents kids comment, maybe not all parents facing the same issue. :)
