★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a pet owner for 15 years, have seen my fair share of vets in Penang. I don't trust other vets to be as caring, patient or thorough as the doctors at Grace. Have brought my pets here since 8 years ago when they were still named Hope Clinic. I don't think the price is too high especially when their diagnosis and treatment is more accurate than other vets I've been to. It is more expensive to repeatedly visit other vets just because they wrongly diagnosed one of my fur babies on the first visit and then I need to pay a second round for a whole new treatment plan. I don't want to name that vet, but my poodle might have had a longer life if his heart condition had been diagnosed correctly from the beginning instead of the 5 minute glance that vet gave him just so he could see to more patients and collect as much fast cash as he could. Finally sought a different vet and found Grace Clinic who conducted a scan and discovered the true issue. Also, yes you might have to wait longer especially if you don't have an appointment, but that is because the doctors don't forcefully manhandle your precious pets. They give them time to get accustomed to a stranger touching them, entering their space. Would you want the doctor to stress your pet out just so somebody in the waiting room doesn't feel impatient? I don't. My chow chow survived tick fever as a puppy 2 years ago thanks to the doctors at Grace. And never once did I feel judged by the staff or doctors even when I stood there crying with snot running down my face or when my dogs behaved like ill trained brats. Best vets ever!

The clinic is always very busy but the doctors will always take their time to check my pets throughly. ? The waiting time for walk-ins can be long but it is definitely worth the wait for superb service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veterinarian is very friendly and we spend quite sometime asking suggestions how to take care of orphaned newborn kitten. This would be my cats vet clinic in future. Dr. Ooi is soft spoken and no rushing in listening to what we are saying. Staffs are helpful and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and staffs are professional and helpful, able to give advice and suggestion. Acceptable charges and they have complete medical equipments for heart scanning. Always crowded, appointment is a must to avoid long waiting time.
