★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have stayed here on 26-27 march 2021, it was very nice experience to stay in a tent but superb facilities, we would like to stay outdoor but in a clean and nice compound so i would suggest this is the best place since it was just a few minutes away from Gombak. Of course it was not as cozy as 5 stars hotel, but for me it was 5 star place in the jungle... tq for your great hospitality, and we have booked 4 tents and enyoyed our family time here...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The river and the sound of the river flow from in front of our tent are so soothing. The place is so peaceful despite situated near the road. I love the bathroom with water heaters and some detailing on the decorations. Good for family with small children and friends especially for short vacation. Not crowded as its a private place. After dinner we walked around the property enjoying the cool, crisp and clean air and the beautiful sky with stars. Not to forget, singing and talking beside campfire (bring marshmallows!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back to nature! Right place for escaping, relaxing and clear our mind. With the sound of river flowing, good facilities and mostly with private compound! Yet, there is still a lot of room to improve in future, it's one of the best recommend place for escaping :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly after staying for two nights, we had to say it was impossible to get a good night sleep! We came here to get away from the hustle and bustle of KL but the tents were placed and built right next to a motorway. At night and early morning at 6am, loud and noisy lorries and motorbikes were driving up and down - it’s impossible to sleep in!!
Flood lights shining into our tents were left on all night, contributing to the bad sleep. Please consider having them off?
Men were constantly using leaf blower machines during the afternoon further contributing to the noise. Not just from the River & Glamp side, but also from the opposite site (another company) called Hideout. It seems like everyone thought it would be a good idea to make as much noise as possible when guests are around!!
It really felt like a construction site at times.
We preordered the food there breakfast, lunch and dinner for rm40. The portions were small and to be frank, not worth it.
However, there were positives! This place has so much potential and it’s clear the owners tried hard to improve on the River & Glamp experience. The tent decor was lovely and the big field of grass was a great area to play frisbee and to read. Not to mention, the beautiful river one can swim and chill in!
With regret, I won’t come here again as I could not get away from it all with the noise and bad night sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really really a nice place for gathering and relax ya♡ nothing bad here～ food yummy and large, toilet very clean with hot shower, tent is big and comfortable, have a small airkorn inside tent. so far no mosquito here and have many activity like ATV and river tubing... so awesome！staff are nice and patient help us a lot haha.. Security safe also yaa...in conclusion so nice to be here and have a good memory with my friend at river&glamp♡♡♡

the view and the vibe was okay
but if u were to compare the price for the food provided and services, definitely not worth it, as u can get cheaper place with better food and services.
the downside :
- food ration was very small in compared to the price paid
- the moreh provided was literally 1 pcs of kuih per person
- u gotta wash your own plates
- food was not serve on time as what was told
- U gotta replace the water dispenser gallon by yourself.
- check in is at 3 yet the office closes at 4,so if theres any issue you are expected to call them via whatsapp when phone coverage isnt the best
- no staff on side to monitor or come to an aid in case of emergency
- they do mot reply to your whatsapp or chat for a fee days . so late response on anything
- went for iftaar, only got served with rice, 1 small pcs of chicken curry per person, fry cabbage, 1 popiah, and 1 date and Syrup. Which isnt even rm10 outside with small portion, and however was advertised in their IG as VIP set . how is that VIP?
- the moreh served was only 1 pcs of kuih ketayap per person.
- activities are very limited, there’s not much space and everything is overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had wonderful experience here in River & Glamp! We booked two tents for one night and my family really enjoyed here and had fun! Though i think, it only worth it for one night as the activities are limited but overall we still loved it! We even set up campfire and had burnt marshmallows. I’ve actually sent some improvement comments to direct management but on this google review, I would still give five stars. Definitely recommended to others!
