β β β β β Would have given a high 5 Star rating if not for leaking air con, leaking shower head and noises at corridors that can be disturbing at times.
Other than that, an excellent location!! It's very near Jonker Street, Stadhuy, Christ Church. All within walking distance. And great views at the back of hotel, with restaurant esp the night view.
Near many food centers esp Pin Pin Hiong restaurant, famed for its Chinese food.
The staff...excellent, courteous and polite esp Mr David, who is very helpful.

β β β β β Never been treated like this before. Waited for 45 minute for my food. They keep saying on the way. Then they say if you dont like to wait, just leave, we dont need your money. Second thing they say is 'you have to understand what you order is fried rice noodle, need to wait.'
As a hungry customer, I am not here to understand your arrogant. We did not even receive an apologize, but being treated like this.
Come on buddy, not like you are managing multi billion business, I can count your table with my hands. Leave the tourist area and try your best to survive.
To the business owner: you need to do something to the skinny chinese male PIC, he is damaging your business.

β β β β β The last i came here was 4years ago and am not sure if the cafe/hotel was under same management or not.
Now i came to enjoy the view, wind, wave at the boat tourists and to have a cold cold tiger. Its the best place along the river for this especially to watch the sunset reflect on the churches...

β β β β β The best thing I love about this place is it is just a couple of minutes from Jonker Walk and various attractions. While parking is inconvenient but the staff David managed to reserve a lot for me. Accommodation wise simple and nothing to shout about. Why I gave 4 Star is the good location. If you are a vegetarian, no worries. There are plenty of vegetarian eating places. Just remember to check their opening hours.

β β β β β The sound in the hallway is so disturbing even when someone is talk with a really low voice and that could be a nightmare at mid night. Best thing is we still really enjoying sitting in the deck even though the wifi wasn't working there, We've been staying here twice but this time we feel this place bit neglected & not so clean don't know why but hopefully they do some improvements in the future ?

β β β β β Didn't stay here, was just sitting by their cafe beside the river having drinks during the afternoon. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and even though the cafe wasn't open, he took great effort to accommodate us and let us have drinks. Beautiful place to sit beside the river. They serve bear, coffee, tea and other drinks. Very windy and very good location where the cruise boats passes by every few minutes. Waving to the boats was an incredible experience, when everyone waves back. Just a nice place to hang out. Did check out the rooms, very economical rooms but noted that the walls were very thin in between.

Room was leaking water in the bed while raining outside
NO WIFI.. although they say WiFi...there was NO WIFI in our room
No TV
Old torn towels. Looked like floor mats
Water leaking from the shower head dripping on the floor, wet all the time
Shower toilet & basin in n small tiny area the size of a toilet
Only 1 double bed and an old small tiny table in room.
Very small.
It has wifi and aircon
I don't recommend this place
We booked.. but left same day.
Didn't sleep over the night.

β β β β β Oh my God I will never be staying here again. It is cheap, yes, as we actually took two rooms instead of one like usual. But they management has turned the back of the hotel into some sort of a bar and cafe, with loud music playing all evening and the cooking, which smelled nice anyway actually got into our room. The living space is littered with laundry, and untidy. Old furniture, the bulging floor, and, well, unclean bathroom!!! I have been staying here since the hotel first open few years back but now it is a disappointment.
