โ โ โ โ โ I was there for ownership transfer. Had to queue-up quite some time outside, but that is to be expected in these Covid times. Once inside the staff was very friendly. I filled-in the form but then had to wait for the new owner to arrive. He was stuck in traffic. JPJ close their doors at 3.30 pm but the guy wasn't there yet. I explained the situation to the staff at the entrance counter and he allowed me to wait. The new owner arrived at 3.45 pm. He was still allowed to enter. He filled in his part of the form and the lady at the counter processed it. Very friendly, no complaints we were late. Great service and all settled.
Second extremely good experience at government offices in Seremban. Also received great service at Immigration office a few months back to extend my spouse visa. Keep it up guys.

โ โ โ โ โ Open is not early . But going for lunch and closing is early. 8 hours work but 2 hours lunch. I went at 12 o'clock they simply ask me to comeback at 1.30 then once comeback, made all of us to wait another 30 minutes. So 8 hours work , 2 hours lunch. And the counter lady just leave the counter at 4pm and go back. No body is there to provide proper documents and to give proper instruction. Not professional at all. Poor government employees

โ โ โ โ โ Even is always long Q and always busy. The officers and guards here are always helpful and tried to serve as fast as they can . What we have to do is Just be patience (tenang Dan sabar). Best is to Try to come on Wednesday and Thursday as these days are less people less busy . Please Avoid Monday and Friday unless is desperate !

โ โ โ โ โ I was made to pay my car road tax in full (1 year ) even though the government of the day says otherwise. What rubbish is this ? Please take effort to learn from our neighboring countries on how to help the rakyat. Very dissappointing..

โ โ โ โ โ 1. Sorry Google, it's against the law to take photo inside government office, so there is no photo will be provided.
2. When to renew to renew driving license
3. Only 1 counter during lunch our which I think it is reasonable.
4. During my visit, service time is 8-12 minutes per customer which I think reasonable
5. Staff is very attentive.
6. Ground floor to renew roadtax & driving license
7. 1st floor to register new vehicle and transfer of ownership.
8. Independet insurance counter/kiosk is available at the front
9. Toilet can be Improved

โ โ โ โ โ Great service experience ,they are fast and convince than previously. It just take around 15mins to queues up and renew road tax. the officer and worker are friendly and nicely.

โ โ โ โ โ The service from counters five and six was very unfriendly. Disparaging customers who don't know what to do to continue the process. Laugh at me and tell my story to other employees and they laugh at me too. I don't know who they are and what position is I remember counter number five was a man in his 30s while counter number six was a woman in her 50s. I really hope that the superiors monitor their actions at the counter because they reflect the personalities of all the employees there. Moreover counter number five fooled me by telling me to make photocopies for everything and in the end all that was not used even I was laughed at again by other employees. I as one of the customers was very disappointed with the attitude of a handful of employees there. Hope very much the responsible party can monitor them.
