★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, the efficiency is high. The reason why they only deserve 2 stars is because of the attitude. During the cmco season I can really understand how exhausted the officers are but me as a citizen was just wanted to renew my license meanwhile I was politely following the SOP. Quite unsatisfied with one of the officer who is instructing the orders, shouting at me loudly without making any sense. I would like to express my feelings sincerely to all of the officers, as an educated person please behave well. Show your humanity even if you are not really well educated. Thanks for the service anyway.
