★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the office at 9.35am on 12 Aug 2021.
The person picked up the call and hang up on the phone immediately without talking to me. I called 6 times in a row and the person did the same thing 2 times. The 7th time when the female operator decided to talk to me, I ask about "How to make an appointment?" and she felt annoyed and answered "Go to our facebook, make appointment there".
At the same time, I was on their facebook but I told her that I cant send any message to make appointment because the message feature was off. She was so angry, annoyed and said, "The link to make appointment is there! its all there! How come others can find it and you cant find it?!". I asked if she can guide me properly and she replied, "I don't use facebook so I dont know". Without much help, i hang up the phone.
After a while, I found out that there were two facebook accounts and the link can be found in one of the photos in the other account that they posted. So yes, the person who work there should be fired or quit. The citizens paid their taxes so that we can have a system to make our life easier and be guided properly. Most of all, I cannot tolerate such poor and rude attitude from the female operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come to renew my personal driving license today. JPJ new office is still under construction which had been at least 3 years and no way near completion. Terrible efficiency. So they are still using old office in the same premise. I don’t visit JPJ that often, maybe once in couple of years. I do not know where to go and the staff from company license office mocked me I queue up at the wrong place. Terrible service, terrible attitude, no proper directory. Everything is so lack of efficiency. Wait, with such short working hour you still have lunch break for 1.30 hour? Other establishments would have shift for lunch time. Come on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must wear long pants, must wear casual. But why kiosk is out of service and no social distancing when queueing. Is it JPJ focus on wrong things?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty fast! Completed the whole process within one hour. There were about 30 people in front of me . 35 mins queuing to get into the building due to social distancing rule and 20 mins to process a new driving licence including changing address. Overall pleased with the service, staff are polite and service is fast. Pleasant experience.
