To me , it is overpriced. Although the burgers, fries and milkshakes are quite good but they are not worth the rm76 I paid. Btw, it is quite messy to eat inside this restaurant, there is no basin to wash hands after the sources and oils are dipping out from the burger

I am not sure what Five Guys fall under. I mean, is it a fast food joint or an all-American diners or a restaurant selling fast food. I consider the queue to be short as they are known to be expensive (all fast food are now expensive) and the time waiting time for your food after you order is just 10 minutes so it wasn't so bad. It was lunchtime when I was there so it was OK. As for the food, I tweeted this an agreed by a lot of people. The spicy french fries which I asked for is good. They used powder chili which is rare in Malaysia coz Malaysian so love their sauce. The fries were also crunchy and even when I ate it later soggy it was still good. And it was a lot. I ordered the large cup and it was overflowing. Enough for more than 2 people. Now to the cheeseburger (2 patties) and small burger (1 patty) - It was like a McD cheeseburger. A slice of cheese and the toppings of onion relish and slices of jalapeno are just meh. The hot dog was worse. It was sliced in two and slapped on the buns with the relish onion and jalapeno looking sadly like Bukit Jalil stadium offerings (which might be better). The milkshakes were good. Nani had banana and I had chocolate. Sweet as you would expected. But I like the old McD's and the Shake Shack's better Price were as I expected and no real complains there.

Heard the Genting outlet always long queues, glad they decided open new outlet here. Due to newly open, the crowd is there and expect 20 minutes from queue to obtain your food. American style burger, fries, and milk shake. The topping can be customize, same as milk shake.

I eat Five Guys everywhere I go but this was one of the best - and also the cheapest: 55 MYR for a cheeseburger and small fries is a bargain (~12 euros). Juicy as it should be, crispy fresh fries... The only missing thing is the bacon (for obvious reasons), but it was amazing without it as well!

:: Here for the first time. The milkshakes are delish!!! I had vanilla + salted caramel. The burger taste so darned good!!! All topping are freeeeeeee Tips: Go for little burger if you are not a big eater. Price wise = medium but worth the quality n tastes ::

RM70+ in total for a mediocre burger, but pretty good fries and milkshake! The milkshakes here are the best, not overly sweet and thick enough to my liking. The burger has unlimited toppings but it’s just a boring expensive burger that has way too much mustard. The extra cheese was not necessary because it doesn’t do anything for the burger. Cajun fries are pretty good, and you can also request them to serve the seasoning on the side if you’re hesitant! The regular size fries was more than enough for sharing and they add extra in the bag just like in the US ? There’s no sink inside and you have to walk out to the nearest washroom to wash your hands ? I’d highly recommend heading to Alta Cafe, seventhirty or even Burgerlab for better tasting and slightly cheaper burgers ?

Great place if you’re looking for a solid classic cheese burgers and generous serving of fries. Too bad there’s no bacon option, hope they could offer Turkey or beef bacon as substitute for Malaysia. Similar ambience as other Five Guys but you don’t get as many options for sodas. The price is definitely on the high side. Costs over RM60 for cheese burger and fries, excluding drink.

3 of us went for a weekend lunch. It wasn't crowded but there was high traffic, we managed to find a seat. We ordered a cheeseburger set and a little hamburger set. The burger was prepared and packed in good shape. The beef patty was juicy and thick, enough fresh vege layered in between, the sauce is perfectly spread inside. The milkshake, boy! The best I have had. Ordered the simplest chocolate milkshake, will come back for it, anytime I feel like a little indulgence. Pricey though, for fast food, perhaps because it's branded.
