★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience here. Sent my watch in for repair but no one follow up with me when they assured me they will before they closed for Christmas & New Years holidays up until I called when they first opened back on Jan 10.
The day I came I saw there’s reserved parking for Rolex customers outside, so I asked the guard standing there but he insisted us to park in the basement. I ask why? He didn’t give me an answer, he was mumbling something I don’t understand. So when I was inside Rolex I asked the girl working there why we cannot park our car there for reserved Rolex customers? She actually said we can park there, but I told her the guard outside wouldn’t let my staff park there??? Then gave me BS answer said maybe they need to repair something or when it’s full they’ll ask you to park downstairs. Which doesn’t make sense as the parking was empty outside!!! I took a photo of the parking lot and showed her since she cannot leave the store. After that she ask for my car plate number to tell the building security guard to inform the guard outside to let my car park.
2 mins passed, I saw a black suv drove in and parked there without any problems. Uncle came out of the car and walked in to Rolex service Center.
Is the guard discriminating us because me and my staff are girls? This is very frustrating.

After the lady showed my repaired watch, I saw there’s a big dust on the bottom of the dial. How come the person who repair my watch didn’t do any quality check or be more careful at examining? Also noticed there’s two chipped scratch on the sapphire glass. I don’t remember having it before sending in for repair. But the lady there said she told me. I don’t even remember it. Did she put in notes of all the flaws before sending in for repair? My watch was also very dirty, they didn’t even clean it. I advise anyone before sending in for repair, stop by Rolex retail shop gor free washing first.
I just have a very bad experience here. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must take high definition photos of your watch before send in, mine ended with a deep dent with smaller dents underneath the case and new deep linear scratch on the lug which of course they said it was not due to them and were there before it was sent in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems the reviews are either very bad or very good. In my case I sent in my tudor Pepsi for repair due to a very Normal issue with tudor Pepsi model. They said it will take a few months for the parts to come, and after that I got it back no issues. They also help to remove my rolex link to suit my hand. All in all good service as expected of a luxury brand when I walk into the shop to buy breitling or LV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have 2 parking spots at the front reserved specially for Rolex Service Centre customers. Servicing your watch here is smooth and efficient. Clear in communication via email, the phone, and in person. No bookings required to arrange servicing of watch, just walk in. Quotations on service costs are provided via email. Received a call when it was time to collect the watch. Servicing took only 2 months instead of the expected 3, so that was a pleasant surprise. Professional as you would come to expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here on the 3rd January 2022 (Monday), 11.30am to take out the bracelet of my new Tudor watch as it needs a special tool. I tried to take it out myself but scratched a little on the top-right lug so I stopped immediately. The service centre would be the best option.
So I sent my watch and only realised my it had a few scratches on all the lugs. I expected to receive in the condition as I handed over to them, brand new. I have to confess, it was my fault for not checking the watch before leaving the place, I trusted them. I tried calling them the whole day but nobody picked up, no emails to contact either.
I’m not asking for any compensation here, what is done is done but a little skeptical to send other watches here after what happened (no other official Rolex service centre though). I hope you gents check your watches before heading back home.
Anyway, friendly people and comfortable place to wait.
