Dinesh gave me 2 options, the first option was not cost effective compared to the price of the handbag, the second option was to replace only the zip head and was cost effective. To my surprise when I went to collect the handbag, I wasn't charged. The service was professional and fast and I was contacted when the item was ready. Thanks Dinesh for the pleasant surprise!
