★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know time is tough for all during this pandemic, but please:
1) When customers request to wear a face mask, respect their wish! According to SOP, both customers and barbers have to wear face masks anyway (in addition to face shields for barbers).
2) Please sanitise before and after each customer. I did not see that happen.
3) be more courteous. my haircutter (a ?Pakistani or North Indian guy with tattoos) initially rudely refused to cut my hair when I was just following SOP.
Attached is the SOP set by MKN. I hope when there are more than 2000 cases per day in Selangor alone you adhere to it,and such practice should be maintained after the lockdown ends by June 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the barber is not professional. he doesn’t listen to what the customer says and i ended up getting a haircut i didn’t want. i kept repeating to cut my hair in a specific way but he cuts according to his own wish. very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignorant workers. The workers can't communicate with you unless you're indian. They can speak English but from my experience, i really doubt they understood what i said to them. Will mess your hair up and leave you dissatisfied. Just find another barber that cares about their customers because clearly this shop doesn't. You will not get your money's worth if you go here because this place just screams unprofessional

2. Barber stand still and they spin your chair around in stead of he move around you, so u don't see the mirror while they cut your hair, ended up disaster happened,
3. I ask for slope cut and he confidently ok without clarified further. End up I have to look like school kid for next 1 month
4. Barber brushed through my mouth, :-(
5. Paid rm20 for the hair cut and want me to fill my name n mobile phone number. :-((

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) The Barbers are not Professional enough. Picking phone everytime there's a call in while hair-cutting. Every phone call was not a short one.
2) 20/5/2022 at around 12.30pm-1.00pm one customer sits not being attended for quite sometimes. I come in and after a while one Barber serve that client and another one remain in the backroom.
3) Lack of customer service. Not friendly.
4) They do speak English but I don't think they truly understood what was being communicated.
5) Lack of urgency in carrying out the task i.e take their sweet time in finishing the hair cut. Too slow.
6) Not Recommended at all.
