I am gonna be abit critical with the rate against what was provided.
- shared toilet (can get dirty due to the crowds)
- only ceiling fan since it gets chilly at night
- has a simple small balcony facing the river
I went on a school holiday weekend, there were quite a lot of families with kids. It wasnt ideal to share toilets with big crowds since there will only 4 toilets near my unit.
This is not directed to the mgmt team but the amount of noise by the kids were SO LOUD!! it actually has a nice decent surrounding if the place is better taken care of with stricter rules maybe? The other peeps who stayed over were like really selfish. Shouting at 7am playing water? Thank goodness i was tired enug to ignore them but for people who are sensitive to noise and crowds, here is my honest feedback.
Also, this cant be avoid but expect insects coming in to your room. This to me is no biggie.
If i may suggest, they can increase the frequency of cleaning the toilet.
Overall, quite an experience. Saw milky brown water after rain fall to a clear water the next day.
