★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two of us went for a complimentary trial facial, but the staff kept on forcing us to upgrade/add on to get a complete facial before even entering the treatment room. We have been asking if there will be extra charges or hidden fees before going but they replied with 'no' and they said it is FREE! Why bother to offer a free facial if you're going to forcely extract money from us? Such a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my facial session just now . Apparently , the staffs there sangat sangat friendly . I remember winnie , joey and also stephanie . These three beautiful people sangat friendly , very gentle , care about customers satisfaction . To those yang interested untuk buat facial here , I sangat recommend untuk you guys to go for it . I can't thanks them enough for being such a great person ive met today ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my partner for the trial promotion. First was charged RM6 each in the name of SOP and sanitising purposes(which was not mentioned before).
Then was told to upgrade the package instantly to get the proper facial done. Apparently my package includes an extraction which is not followed up by any cleaning or masking, so I had to upgrade to make sure my face is not ruined.
When I checked and showed them the promo message I received from them, it was a package with different steps without extraction but masking etc included.
Then the lady was like “oh oh, you didn’t tell me what you came for”. Excuse me, y’all called me remember? Where’s the consultation even?
Moving on, I just told to give me what was promised via text to me. Yet, they were forcing me to now take the extraction at additional RM50.
RM50 just for extraction??? Where’s all my facial kaki at?
I obviously said no, and then the overall facial was just meh with a lot of “reminder” to upgrade.
Overall, so not worth going for that session.
The place is clean and nice but the service is not.
For a person who goes for facial frequently, this was by far the worst, deceiving and non genuine facial I’ve gone to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY’D FORCE YOU TO SIGN UP FOR PACKAGES FROM BEGINNING TO END. WON’T SHUT UP ABOUT IT DURING TREATMENT.
I was there for a hydrating anti-aging facial 2 days ago. Such a long consultation (selling) time. I was forced to purchase the 1st trial RM180 although I have bought the 1st trial deal via FAVE. It’s so similar to Venusde. The space design is so aesthetically pleasing, customer service is uncomfortable AF. HARD SELL TO THE MAX. Have some grace when people decline. Not everyone have many Ks to spend in a day. SO OUT OF TOUCH
