★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Royal Canin is not interested to grow their business. The people at the top are either too well paid or are not even bothered to grow. I called up as a prospect customer who is interested to start a pet food business and is interested to know more how to be their distributor (ie pricing, MOQ and etc) and was turned away by the customer service who refused to pass me to the person in charge. She insisted that we are either a pet store owner that we are allowed to speak to their salesman.
This is outright outrages! To the customer service in charge, if YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY to decide, please pass the call to someone can assist. Making the decision on behalf of the company means that the company is giving you the AUTHORITY and that you represent the company. I see no prospect with a private companies to be managed by people with such mentality. I will not even consider buying your product for my pet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my experiences with one of the customer care representatives, Royal Canin holds a high standard in serving their customers. They give good and professional advices on how to care for pets, with genuine love and sensitivity. There are no worries calling them.
On a side note, coming across the topic of distributorship, perhaps visiting their office would clarify things? The number on their website seemed to cater only to pet owners who need answers for their pets' diet and nutritional needs. Just a suggestion, anyhow I'm happy with their service from a customer's point of view.
