★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 2 hours driving to this store. It says open until 9pm. Tried calling; no answer. How do you expect people to know whether you're open or closed for CNY break? Next time update your operating hours. Don't waste people's time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wow, terrible quality furniture so expensive, chairs cost rm 200 but break within a year from just normal sitting. even a roadside shop selling rm 30 chairs are far more durable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium prices for poor quality products. Warranty is almost a scam which does not cover for many aspects. Cost to repair post warranty is also a rip off.
I can safely say that you can purchase similar type of sofa for 1/2 the price that lasts probably for a longer time. Mine struggled to last for 25 months in a household of 1 grown up kid and adults.
I would recommend for prospective buyers to stay away from Rozel especially their sofa's unless you enjoy getting duped.
