★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Wee here has been great with the cats we bring in here. The charges are reasonable as well. Also, she is super quick in telling what needs to be done and answers questions that we have unlike some places that I have been to before. That really helps. Been a blessing so far. It's not very easy to find good vets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Puppy 3 weeks onwards bring for vaccine's and no problem at all. My Puppy's doctor very efficient and guide me to give best for him. I'm very satisfied with the service. Now my Puppy turns 3 year's old and no sick. Food from pediatric good and he is enjoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Wee is very fast in vaccinating my two dogs. First, she checked the dog's temperature, if normal temperature, she will then inject the dog with the vaccine. They also do deworming for the dogs.
They also sell antibiotics and medications prescribed by the animal hospital.
The staff are courteous and friendly.
With the current Covid-19 pandemic, customers has to scan their temperature and details in My Sejahtera. You are requested to wait outside their door before allowed entry when it is your turn. Recommended to call to book for appointments.
However, for vaccinations, you can walk-in during their operating hours, as it is not necessary to book for prior appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk receptionist of both counters poured their best annoyed face ever. Kudos for giving the most tight, non-friendly face ever.
I accidentally entered the dogs section of the clinic and the fella rudely chase me out to the next door. I do understand that it’s my fault for not reading the door sign properly. But hello you can direct me nicely without being rude.
And so I entered the cats section, the lady did a great job throwing her bitter face and took her sweet time to get my cat’s meds. She even rolled her eyes to me. Plus, she even touch my phone without my consent. It’s Covid season, pls for the sake of God, do not touch anyone’s belonging without their consent.
Wow, just wow. I understand it’s Sunday and you probably hv worked overtime or whatever your problem is, pls do entertain your customers right. I went here a couple of years ago, thank God i stopped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor diagnosis, visited here 2 times but the chinese lady doctor failed to diagnose my dog's illness and looks bit confused. Hundreds were charged per visit but no proper solution was given. My dog has passed away due to late treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady Chinese reception service is so bad!! Look like I own her money!! If you want a good service attitude, I don't recommend this clinic. Unless you don't think it matters, you can choose to go to this room. She made me feel that my pet had no healing value. It really hurts me to see my pet die in front of me last.
