My overall experience with Rozel was excellent and their services provide were above and beyond. The sales people were very supportive, prompt, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy when it comes to serving customer. Special mention and many thanks to Oleina and Mandy for the wonderful support throughout my buying experience. Truly appreciate their professionalism in dealing with customers. The logistics team were also very efficient ensuring smooth delivery of the furnitures. Thank you Rozel and hope that you can expand to be even a bigger furniture company so that Malaysians will have even more choices when comes to choosing quality and beautiful furnitures for their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't ever buy dining tables from rozel expecially with glass! they don't have warranty and the glass will crack by itself! and also they refuse to take responsibility despite their products got quality issue! i can show u my table pictures they just dump the responsibility back and forth and keep saying it's my fault despite nothing happened to the table it just cracked!
