★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since this PKP still on the run, no transaction of license's renewal be implemented physically. Just do it online 1st at mySikap.jpj, the license then could be taken by nearest jpj after the withdrawal of PKP.

Improved service efficiency. Now with updated system by using JPJeQ for queuing and ticketing system, no more manual ticketing system anymore. Also, it only receive debit/credit card payment, no accept cash already. If you read this, please take note.
Bad:
However, the staff really unfriendly and rude. Just to double confirm something at counter, he said "tadi saya cakap apa!?" Oh my god! Such a poor attitude. Overall experience, bad.
Suggestion:
I hope JPJ can inform about new information at their website clearly. I really don't know need to change to white background photo and cause me unable to renew the license for 5 years period, only 2 years max available for me.
