★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see some late Comer's were allowed in over the people in the waiting que.Senior citizens were not given priority here. Surprisingly, they were still working after 1pm. Later came to know that one senior officer was present to monitor the situation.

My savior bcos I only need to know whether required to book appointment to print road tax, after payment in MySikap (Guidance by YouTuber). JPJs Shah Alam, PJ, Bangi, Wangsa Maju: unable to get through, on hold for > 20mins 2x bcos telephonist is busy, or no answer. No appointment. Got it done at Wangsa Maju's kiosk - manned by a staff. [Yes, why can't MySikap be proactive to guide on road tax payment, require appointment or not during MCO, etc!]

Arrived a bit early for the noon session to avoid long queue so I asked the security if I needed to get any turn number before entering. No offence but I could not understand anything he was explaining. The first part was him asking me why I was late to come (for the license application), then after I told him I just got my result 2 days ago, he told me I was too early. I went blank for a moment and proceed to get a seat.
For new visitors, there are parking spaces in the compound itself but space is limited. Else you can park at the field on your left on your way in to the compound.
The queue starts from the door (obviously) to the right side (with a man-made pond) and a stone table. I queued on the wrong side with another young man who was even earlier, he got slightly mad because no one told us that side was not for queueing and he ended up re-queueing with a number of people before him.
Once inside, everything is in order. From taking turn number to waiting for turn. Staffs were efficient and disciplined. Everything was done in less than 30 minutes.
