A	Ahmad Safri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Housing estate by Johor government for Johorean and any family who are single mother or father, whose working within Iskandar Puteri area. Its a rental estate provided only for those who not owning a house. The rental rate is cheap if compared to other estate or private house. With 3 or 4 bedrooms, it is spacious for a family of 6 and below. Rental started from RM 500 to 900 (rate in year 2020, may change according to their policy), depending on bedroom and which floor to reside (level G, 1, 2 and 3). Inside facilities like surau (open to public), playground, open gym, barbecue site, tennis/badminton court, futsal court and open halls is available. Outside facilities like mini market, food court barbershop, self-laundry and stationary shop available. The estate is near the main highway. From time to time, some event will be held at open halls and open to all residents and some of these event are also open to public as well. Things to noted when to rented is the building can be consider old enough. So some minor "unpleasant" thing must be considered and no, its not about mystical thing. Also those who reside facing groves (jungle) may encounter them monkeys climbing the building and strolled around. Some resident have reported them monkeys have steal foods and attacking few residents including a baby. Oh yeah, forgot to tell, no loud noise is allowed especially during night.
