★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air-conditioning was not functioning, staffs were uninitiated. Interior maintenance was bad, mold grew in bathroom's ceiling and walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing much too complain. Where will you get RM70 for a 3 bedroom apartment in cyberjaya or putrajaya area? However this accommodation is meant for Malaysian government servant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad basic fascilities, TV and aircond in master bedroom not function, no iron only ironboard...one of the single bed found broken. The apartment should be upgraded especially on the basic fascilities mentioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 3 days, for rm70/day is quite ok with the quality.. Somemore just need a place to sleep and rest while attending course.. But door can't open using key given, same with another room of friend.. No towel/shampoo/toileteries.. Luckily brought it.. So overall just ok to stay.. Parking always full at night.. Some residences block other.. Happened once during 3 days stays.. Otherwise just ok..
