β β β β β Call klinik untuk disambungkan ke Klinik Mentari( tempat yang sama) tetapi tidak boleh disambungkan. Selepas itu, beliau( perempuan) memberi saya no telefon Klinik Mentari, tetapi kurang jelas, secara tiba2 saya diherdik oleh petugas terbabit mengatakan saya perlu ambil pen dan sebagainya. Boleh saja diulang no tersebut sehingga saya dapat dengan jelas no tersebut tetapi sebaliknya dibalas dengan kasar dan tidak beradab. Saya berharap pihak yang sepatutnya mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap isu ini supaya tindakan terbabit tidak berulang.
 Call the clinic to be connected to Klinik Mentari (same place) but cannot be connected. After that, she (the girl) gave me the phone number of Klinik Mentari, but it was not clear, suddenly I was reprimanded by the officer involved saying I need to take a pen and so on. It is possible to repeat the number until I can clearly see the number but instead it is answered rudely and uncivilized. I hope that the appropriate parties will take firm action on this issue so that the action involved will not be repeated.

Mcm ni cerita dia, aku buat appointment online untuk jam 8.30am..then dlm sistem tu tulis kena awal 30 min dri mse tu..aku dtng dlm 7.50am lebih mcm tu..then 9.30 mcm tu baru panggil check semua .then staff dia xyah ckp lah layannan teruk. Kebanyakan nya.aku tak tahu lah apa masalah diorg .sbrnya byk lagi mls no tulis..tpi better kk lain je.

Mcm this is his story, I made an online appointment for 8.30am..then in the system I wrote 30 minutes early from the morning..I arrived at 7.50am later..then at 9.30am I just called to check everything .then the staff he xyah ckp lah bad service. Most of it. I don't know what the problem is.
