★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very lousy developer. Build a house that is with lamp point but without switch, with switch and cable but without electricity connecting to it. A develop that build very poor quality house and with leakage problem. All defects after hand over the house is not fixed. When contacted them, they are not responsive at all and keep telling you they are busy and tell you to wait.
