β β β β β They do not serve without appointment but the phone number just for deco only... Call and msg completely no reply. Managed to get the staff's name card but also the staff also never pick up call and rarely reply msg.

β β β β β Unprofessional staff. Walked in want to ask for affortable house but the staff straighly tell me go to government office first. Like can't wait to drive people away.
My cousin bought Asia Green affortable house few years ago, their staff very professional they help her to settle everything. She totally no need go to government office and bank negara to do the documentation thing.
Maybe i am driving a Viva to visit the sales gallery so they dont want to entertain me. Anyway my first impression to Ideal is arrogant and dog eyes see human down.
