Sent my monitor for repair on 13th then picked up on 22th. Closer location for those stay around the neighborhood. friendly PIC as well.

You guys have a lousy service....I made complain on 25/2/19. You guys took away the LED TV from my home on 1/3/19 saying that will be repaired within 1-2 weeks. I called back your people on 13/3/19 to ask update on my TV.....person incharge give me reason just ordered spare parts for fix it....WHAT U GUYS WERE DOING THIS DAMN BLOOD 2weeks??????....I want my TV got repaired and return it to my home by 18/3/19.....product code: LG-49LF590T- TB ATSYLJD....serial no: 602INQUIT292

One of worse customer service behavior. Don't expect to get your problem fixed by this shop, with foul manners. My machine is fixed by outside repairman, and is still working fine with much affordable price, and professional service.

Please don't send your electrical appliances here. They are authorised LG service centre but the services are really really bad. I sent my LG TV for repair because the images has slightly bluish tint. After their technician check the tv, they said need to replace led backlight. Cost is RM 450. It took them about 3 weeks to repair. They provided 3 months warranty. After I got the TV back, 3 days later I could not turn the TV on. I called them back and they take back the TV. It took them same amount of time, about 3 weeks time to get back to me and ask me to pay RM 250 for mainboard. The TV never had an issue with turning on and off and now they want to charge me with parts which is not my problem in the first place. This TV is out of warranty and only 2 years ++ old and having so many issues. Coupled that with bad service center, you have a very lousy product and bad brands reputation. I will never buy LG TV again. My family had Sony and Sharp TV that last more than 5 years old with no issue. Pay a bit more for quality.

Call them to fix my 6 year old LG TV. They came the next day, but only informed us that the TV has LED issues and cannot be repaired after one month. So we decided to have the TV back and go for second opinion (non LG). This company lacks professionalism and communication, most of the time the telephonist cannot update the status of the repair, as they have not been rectified by the technicians.
